25th Annual West Coast Classic

When: Jan 9-12, 2020

Where: 14140 Triangle Rd, Richmond, BC

Registration will open October 1, 2019, and will close November 1, 2019

 

Divisions

The tournament is open to the following divisions:  U10, U12, U14A/Zone, U14B/Club, U16A, U16B, U19A, U19B, 18+A, 18+B, Masters.

U10 to U12 is $800. U14 to Masters is $875.

Tournament fees include:

4 games throughout the tournament

All games will primariily be played under one venue making it convenient

 

All applications will be accepted on a first-come basis. Some divisions will fill up early and late registrations will be put on a waiting list. While this will be the primary consideration in determining our divisions, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to incorporate other considerations in making final team selections.

Each team that applies to the tournament will be contacted and your registration status will be confirmed after November 15, 2019

 

Team rosters

All team rosters and forms must be submitted to tournaments@richmondringette.com.

​BCRA Karelo rosters must be submitted by Nov 1, 2019.

BCRA Registration form and tiering forms are due by Dec 1, 2019

Player pickups

 

BCRA rules are in effect for all player pickups.

For any Player or Team Staff adjustments, a form must be submitted with your team’s registration, along with the official BCRA roster for the team in which that Player or Team staff is officially registered on.

 

Other forms

Bench staff must have signed 2019/20 Code of Conduct forms which will also need to be forwarded to tournaments@richmondringette.com.

Head coach- a completed Concussion On-line Training form will also need to forwarded to tournaments@richmondringette.com.

Refund policy

There will be a full refund if your team is not accepted or you drop out prior to acceptance in the tournament. There will be a 50% refund if your team drops out after acceptance in the tournament but before the schedule is released.There will be NO refunds if your team drops out after the schedule has been released.
