* Please note: Try-outs may be required.

*A uniform deposit of $50.00 is required and the cheque should be dated for March 31, 2012. The enrollment cheque may be post-dated to September 15, 2011. Both the uniform and enrollment cheques should be made payable to the Richmond Ringette Association. Early Registration discount of $25.00 when registration form and post-dated cheque are received by April 30, 2011.
**New players will receive a registration discount of 1/2 the registration fee (excluding bunnies)
**Families with 3 or more players get 1/2 off the youngest registered
** Goalies that have their own equipment receive a registration discount of 1/2
** New players please attach a copy of your birth certificate

Waiver of Responsibility

In consideration of acceptance of this registration, the undersigned parent or guardian of the player, on behalf of both the undersigned and the player, does hereby release the Richmond Ringette Association and its Executive Board team officials and agents (collectively the “Association”) from any and all liability for any injuries sustained by the player arising out of or related in any way to the player’s involvement in the Richmond Ringette program, whether caused by or arising out of the negligence of the Association or any of its employees or agents or occurring in any other manner whatsoever.
